You'd have to position the watermark one photo at a time and then export.
Watermarking is done at the end of the export process though...are you suggesting that I export each photo one by one? Unless you know a better way?
I am suggesting you apply watermarks one at a time.

Because it is a logo and not a watermark and each picture is different....I need to position the logo in a different position on each photo so want the facility to view/position each photo in turn.
Have you considered Exporting in groups of "like" images, such as portrait and landscape? You can also use the Print module to adjust the logo position and then output to JPEG file format. I'm not sure how much time that would actually save you. If the logo needs to be placed more precisely such as on an actual product in the picture then Photoshop can do this faster. This is especially true if the images are different sizes, aspect ratio, or orientation.
If the logo is monochrome it would be easy in Photoshop-
1. Create a BRUSH of the logo in Photoshop
2. Open multiple images in Photoshop (from Lightroom)
3. Click once for the BRUSH choosing position (brush settings- , size, color, opacity.)
4. Save and Close each image. (An action can make this faster)
