The calculation fee was based on the regular 14 day cancellation period, but the Adobe Stock promo allows you to cancel within the first month without any penalty.

I cancelled in the first month but didn't get a confirming email. Having just used a few images from this trail for and having previously bought some single images I noticed that subscriptions were still being taken from my credit card. I cancelled the subscription again only to be charged £95.95 cancellation fee. The Chat help service was unhelpful with stock answers. So.... make sure you get that email or you will be charged for a service you may not even be using!
I took out subscription on the in Feb and canceled it before the month trial ended. I even went on to the chat help (so called) a few days later on the 24th to confirm the cancelation and Adobe still billed me each month afterwards and the £95.95 cancellation fee until I cancelled it again in June.
Here is the transcript from the Chat help on the 24th of March when they agreed to cancel it when I had already cancelled it through their website. There is no record of this plan now in my account under "Plans and Products" Where has it gone?? All I can see is my creative cloud plan and a couple of single image products I purchased.
