Could you please explain the exact issue and your workflow ?
Which online service are you talking about?
Where do you want to restore the images?
Which operating system ?
Thanks for replying. My Lightroom is up to date and my Mac software is also up to date. When I open LR on Google and sign in, it shows only one folder, with 40 photos. All earlier photos are gone, something like 1800. When I open LR in finder,
it shows the count of 1800 and a thumbnail, but the main image is blurry and won't focus and on the right below the histogram is a note "The photo is missing." So only one folder seems to be in the online LR. The others are essentially not accessible. I would like them restored from wherever they are -- but I dont know where they are or why they are gone. It has been a while since I was in there.
Thanks for the update.
For missing photos, you can relocate the images in Lightroom but for that you should know the location of original images on your hard drive.
Refer this article : How to find missing photos in Photoshop Lightroom
If they are deleted, they cannot be relocated.
On Lightroom Web, it only displays the synced images.
So, make sure all those 1800 images are synced through your Lightroom Program so that you can view them on Lightroom Web.
