    Creative Cloud Does Not Locate My Subscription




      I've been looking for Customer Help that might fit perfectly with the problem that I have now, but I couldn't find one help.


      So, I bought the Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) and Adobe sent me an email saying the payment has completed. However, the status on my Adobe ID is still Creative Cloud Free Membership. I was wondering if that is the reason I cannot locate my subscription while I tried to install Photoshop. It kept saying that my trial has expired and that I should Buy the plan, but I already bought it.


      What should I do?


      Please help. Thank you
