Hi had a similar problem yesterday when I tried to install XD.
This was actually resolved by disconnecting from CC app and relogging in.
After succesfull reload and sync XD and Fuse App appeared in the list of apps to be installed.
Hope this helps,
I have the same problem, i tryed the flexyo solution in vain, does anybody else have solved the problem ?
Hi Lionel, thanks but that was the first thing I tried out too and it doesn't change anything...
I have the same problem today,
also if I disconnect any adobe cc app and then relaunch the creative cloud manager there is no result on the app list.
It's a little disappointing
Found out the solution for me. I went in CC app preferences changed the language to English(International) as I was in French and the apps appeared on the list. Installed them and went back to french...
worked for me to, i knew that french language in software is the evil
thx a lot !
Good to know and happy to see you have found the exact cause of the problem.
I forgot to mention I did change the CC app language to "English (International)" since I didn't believe it was the real cause of the problem... (the real change appeared when I logged out / relogged in).
Thank you Grégory,
it works !
Today you have helped to unlock one more impatient french designer.
PS: by the way this language issue is a little bit risible.
Still not working for me... Change language to English USA and English UK, as I don't have English (International), Log out and still not able to download. What browser are you using?
Hi, I don't think this is browser related. In the CC App you have to go to "Preferences" then in the "Creative cloud" tab and in the first "Apps" tab and change the language there (you should have English International...). Then going back to the app list you should see the apps appearing in the list...
thanks, i've had the same problem, it is ok now =*
My CC desktop App is not showing the App tab. I have an enterprise License, so not sure if that is the problem... let me do some tweaks to see what happen. I'll come back to you guys.
If your CC desktop app doesn't have the Apps tab, that means you'll need to have your admin install XD for you. (Presumably, the same way you get other Adobe CC apps installed.)
