Either you can ask them to take a local back up and when they get started with the teams they can put the stuff onto the cloud and share again.
Or else, if they would be using same Adobe ID on the teams as well, they can still have the same files and features.

That's kind of the problem we have no way of taking a local backup that we can see. I dont mind if its as straight forward as just re-uploading the files again but it doesnt appear to be that simple. The old accounts have to be killed off as they are going to need to use the same ID's.
I just find it absolutely mind boggling that they wouldn't have a feature as simple as "backup".
If you see my first post in this thread you will see I've already done that and spent nearly an hour back and forth on the phone with them as well. No one can give me an answer.
