Hi. I have shot a theatre show for a friend and they like 10 dvds for the ensamble. But the first DL DVD I burned yeasterday took about 4 hours to decode and burn and dont want to go through that for every 10 dvd.. so I wonder if its possible to save the decoded Movie and the dvd layout in Premiere Elements 12 so I dont have to decode it every time I burn a DVD?
Thank you for help.
When you go to Publish & Share/Disc/DVD, select the option to burn to a Folder rather than do a disc -- then direct the program to save your DVD files to a folder on your hard drive that has no other files in it.
You can then use the great, free download ImgBurn to burn discs from the VIDEO_TS folders -- a process which, depending on how long your movie is and how fast your computer and burner are, could take about 10 minutes a disc.
I've got a free tutorial on how to install and use ImgBurn (and avoid its bloatware) on my Premiere Elements support site Muvipix.com.
Thank you so much.
