What model of camcorder is your video coming from and what format and resolution is it?
What operating system are you working on?
How long is your clip?
What happens if you Render your timeline (press Enter on your keyboard)?
The clip comes from a dedicated microscope camera, Paxit3, from MIS Inc. I
believe the format is uncompressed AVI at 3 fps 2048x1536 and is 60 sec
long.>Data rate is 345000 kbps.
This is Windows 7. The clip has been rendered. I am saving as MP4 at
30fps. All other image corrections are fine.
I don't know, Chris. That's a pretty non-traditional format, frame rate and data rate. And that could be why it's behaving badly in Premiere Elements.
Steve- thanks. I will see if the camera can be used in a more conventional way. Chris
I got the same problem, but not at all clips. It seems that after round about 10 seconds the auto smart tone uses another algorithm. After 10 seconds it is lighter, but it's not the same as without auto smart tone. I read something about scene detection, but there are no scene markers...
My clips are from a sony action cam AZ1, 1080p (50 fps).
I like the effect from auto smart tone, but not with this restricition.
