Sorry you're having trouble with it. A couple of things I'd like you to check:
* Do you have only one Adobe ID? If you have more than one, can you sign out on the device and the desktop and sign in again just to be sure you're using the same log-in (I only ask because it's possible to have the same user name (email address) but have a different password for it. It will show in screenshots as the same ID but is different).
* Are you using the most recent version of Illustrator CC (v19.2.1) and the Creative Cloud Desktop App (v184.108.40.206)
* Are you having the trouble with one document or multiple documents? If you've only tried one document, can you create a really simple document and try sending that.

Thanks for getting back. I can't tell you how many times I have tried the
above, all to no avail. However, rereading for the umpteenth time that I am
to "sign out" of both has been where I've made my error.
I finally figured out that quitting the creative cloud app on my iMac
DOESN"T sign it out. So, when I found UNDER PREFERENCES a specific link to
"sign out" your solution appears to be working. Thanks so much.
