    InDesign CC 2015 is not opening after the last 2016 update

      I have just updated through the Creative Cloud InDesign Cc 2015. Now the program crashes at start up. I have trashed the program's Preferences yet there is no way In Design starts. It keeps crashing again and again. What has happened? I need to work. Do I have to reinstall the program?

          Hi Daniel,

          Thanks for reporting the issue to us. We are working towards identifying the root cause and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

          But recently, we were able to isolate few steps that could help in resolving the matter in quite a number of scenarios.

           

          For that, lease go to your LAN settings and un-check all the check boxes present in the dialog.

          Type “internet options” in start menu>Connection Tab>LAN Settings.

          Please note that it is not complete workaround but only a troubleshoot mechanism to isolate the root cause.
