Please contact Dollar Photo Club customer support who will be able to check the migration of images - Dollar Photo Club - high quality royalty free stock photos and vectors - Dollar Photo Club
This link no longer works, it forwards me back to Adobe's site. My images did not transfer properly either, even though I went through the steps, clicked on links from dollarphotoclub.com etc.
Dollar Photo Club closed on 26th November so unfortunately there is no longer an option to access your DPC account or migrate unused credits.
I will look for the screenshot I took that indicated the number of credits (I think it was 29) that would be carried over when I signed up for Adobe Stock. I took it in case this event happened where the credits were "forgotten about" by Adobe. This was a promised benefit of choosing to go with Adobe Stock from DPC, and should have been done automatically months ago when I signed up and transferred over my account.
Thus, I see it as Adobe's error, I just did not follow up until now. Please let me know how you think this can be corrected - either adding the credits as expected, or if Adobe is officially reneging on its commitment to bring over credits from DPC I would like to know so I can take action.
I looked up the Adobe ID you are using on the forums and I see that you have 30 standard image credits available to you.
Yes, I do have some stored up credits for the several months I have been on the system, minus the few I have used. If I had the ~29 rolled over as specified at DPC, I would have ~59 right now. I'd be happy to start a support ticket, I don't prefer the use of forums for public support as each person's accounts differ.
I don't show that you had these credits when you migrated to Adobe Stock. Since dollarphotoclub.com has been end of lifed, there is no way to retrieve these credits if you did not get them when you migrated your account.
