Seems like you have happened to change your password.
Now, please go to Creative Cloud-->sign out from there. Sign-in again with new password.
Launch InDesign. Check if you are coming in logged-in state.
It should work.

Yes, I'm having the same problem.
Go to your Creative Cloud desktop app (menu bar on the Mac, task bar in Windows). Click on the "gear" icon > Preferences > General. Sign Out, then Sign In with your Adobe ID.
