    Creative Cloud and Lightroom trial not working after one week


      I installed lightroom, photoshop and creative cloud 30 day trial about a week ago.  It was working great for about three days, then slowly lightroom stopped responding each time I opened it, and each time was worse.  Now I can't open it.  Also the creative cloud icon on my screen has a red exclamation point and shows nothing but and empty window with the timer rotating if I click on it.  I would really like to continue using my trial before I purchase the program.  And open lightroom so I can export the photos I was working on.  Using on a MacBook Pro, can anyone help me?
