    Credit for bad Image


      WOW!  I posted on your forum (because this is the ONLY way I found to contact you) with a problemwith an I-Stock image I purchased. I received a response, and replied explaining what happenedand questioned how the procedure works for a refund. I can send you the bad image I receivedif you like.  It's been weeks, and still no response.  And hard telling where this email is going.For as much money as I spend monthly for Adobe Creative Cloud I would expect better serviceand an easier way to contact you.   Please advice. <Removed by Moderator>
