Are you using the latest version of Illustrator CC (v19.2.1)?
Let me know.
I am. Thank you for replying! Not sure what I'm missing here.
Can you share your art with me, using the “Share your Assets with Send Link” function through a web browser, so I can run it by one of our engineers?
Here's how to do that if you don't already know how:
Sign in to https://assets.adobe.com/ with your Adobe ID
Navigate to Assets/Files/Mobile Creations/Draw and select the project to share
Click on Share/Send Link, then the button Create Public Link
At this point, you can choose to send the link to an email address (use susang at adobe.com)
I'm having the same issue. I can't find any settings to change that would effect the resolution.
The resolution of your work should not diminish when you Send to Illustrator CC. You're using the Share menu in an open canvas, right?
Let me know how you're sending your work to the desktop and what version of Illustrator CC you're using.
I have a similar problem. When I send to Illustrator CC (using "open in Adobe Desktop Apps"...), the resolution appears to reduce, not only on the file imported into Illustrator CC but also the file on my ipad pro. I was using the ipadpro template resolution, and in settings it still says this is what I am using - however the resolution is clearly lower because when I import the same image file again (a PDF from creative cloud) it's noticeably lower resolution than before. The resolution problems are with imported image files, not vectors created in Draw - these are fine.
Any help you can give here?
I'm not sure I'm understanding...
Is the trouble with the art you're getting when sending the work to the desktop? Or is it with bringing previously-saved-as-PDF drawings back into an Image Layer?
A couple of questions:
When choosing a canvas have you tried choosing a print format instead of a digital one?
Is this something that would be visible in a screenshot? If it is, can you send me a couple of screenshots through the in-app feedback? (Tap Settings then Send Feedback)
