dlscott7 Mar 21, 2016 6:07 AM (in response to Sheena Kaul)Hi Sheena,
Thanks for following up. No, I was not able to reach them. The link with which I was provided was not helpful at all. I am new to Adobe Stock, transferred from Dollar Photo Club. Missing DPC already. I hope things get better with Adobe; guess we'll see. There is really no excuse for the poor quality graphics. I can see how some could slip through with all the images they receive but there should be a simple and solid way to resolve ... refund ... credit. Hopefully, this is the exception and not what I should come to expect. Pretty disappointed at this point however.

dlscott7 Mar 22, 2016 6:47 AM (in response to Luc Boivin)Hi Luc,
Sorry I didn't reply yesterday. Busy then forgot. The process is convoluted but eventually you should be able to get to chat support. The links they give aren't the best but keep pushing through. They don't refund but give you a free license which is basically the same thing. I really don't like their process but the end result was good. I just hope this isn't what we should expect from Adobe in the future. I am a Dollar Photo Club transfer and thankful for the discount trial period but disappointed in the overall process. I do like the web page design and execution. Hopefully they will come up with a better resolution when we do have a "clunker."

Luc Boivin Mar 22, 2016 7:02 AM (in response to dlscott7)I did talk to Adobe stock support... He said that picture was OK to him !?!?!!??!? but without insisting he refund me with credit.
I just wish that they raise the level of quality OR that they put a option so we can see more closely the pict, so we can be sure of the focus issue.
Hope my english is OK :-)
Bye

dlscott7 Mar 22, 2016 4:43 PM (in response to Luc Boivin)Hi Luc, Your english if fine. The person I chatted with suggested that I view the file size, resolution, etc. EXCEPT ---> that information is not shown as far I could find for the vector graphics. The vector should be good whatever size. So it looks like it might be hit or miss but hopefully things will improve.
