The link Corey pated above should hopefully resolve the issue you are seeing. There is also a log file on your machine (PDApp.log) what can help us investigate this issue further. If you wouldn't mind taking the time to grab it and email it to the team (AdobeXDSharingSupport@adobe.com), we'd greatly appreciate it.
There are a number of ways you can get the PDApp.log file:
(1) Using Terminal, you can find the log file at the following path: ~/Library/Logs/PDApp.log
(2) You can use the Go menu to access the folder that contains this log file:
- Go -> Go to Folder...
- Enter: ~/Library/Logs
- The PDApp.log file will be in the Logs folder
(3) There is an official Adobe log collector tool available at this URL: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html. The tool will create a zip file on the desktop that you can attach to an email.
