    I've tried everything suggested in the Help, but still can't get my membership activated


      Will someone please help?


      I paid for a all-app annual membership. Bank confirmed transaction went through to Digital River. I even got the the authorisation code from bank. Despite all these, the membership cannot be activated. It's so frustrating. The Support does nothing but bring me back to the same list of questions again and again!!!


      Please help!!!!
