Hi romeogold - sorry you're having problems. Could you try the troubleshooting steps in Troubleshooting sharing errors in Adobe XD and see if they solve your problem? Specifically, the steps in the section labelled "'You need to be signed in…' OR any other error code between 1000 and 2000 (including 1001, 1067, 1080)" should be helpful. If not, please let me know. Hello, I signed out and back in and quit and relaunched the app several times. Still no luck and i can't seem to be able share anything with anyone. I know this is such a new service but please help this is its main selling point! Ive checked several other threads and I'm not an enterprise customer.
Hi nawwklawl - really sorry about the trouble - it sounds like you're having a more pernicious problem. Couple of questions:
- Are you getting the same error message (error 1067) as romeogold was, or are you seeing a different error or error code?
- Do you have any other Adobe Creative Cloud apps installed? If so, are you able to run those?
We'll probably need to take a look at your log files - I'll ask someone from our team to follow up with you privately to collect these.
