I have tried repairing Acrobat X Standard using Windows Vista's Settings; Control Panel; Settings and Features and selecting Acrobat X Standard; Change; Repair. After I restarted, nothing had changed. I logged into support and found that chat (24/7) also was not responding.

Please provide the exact dot version of the software & OS installed at your system .Also check whether is there any update available for the software after going through "help > check for updates "

Please elaborate at what time this message appears while working with the application.
