    Lightroom crashing constantly.

It seems like no matter what I do, I can't get Lightroom to stop crashing. I'm running the latest version from CC on Windows 10.

First it was the inability to load pictures in Develop mode. I disabled GPU acceleration and it fixed that.

Now I cannot load videos in Library mode. It crashes Lightroom just selecting them. GPU acceleration has no impact on this, which makes sense because GPU acceleration is only used in Develop mode anyway.

It's the same issue as described here: Help! Video causes crash?

Unlike that thread though, I am running the latest version of Lightroom (2015.5) and I'm still crashing. I'm also running the latest version of Quicktime.

It's an application hang not a crash technically, so this is what I get in the event viewer:

The program lightroom.exe version stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.
