anybody have this happen before? hard drive crashed, lost programs, have discs from pagemaker 6.5, upgrade to 7.0, then upgraded to CS5 Now can't load CS5 discs due to adobe not recognizing my old serial numbers from the original programs, pagemaker 6.5 and 7.0.
no help via their customer service phone lines, no help via their chat, and here i am on a forum hoping that someone somewhere has experience with a situation like this. HELP PLEASE. Adobe's lack of consideration for older customers is unbelievable. Noi direct way to find answers to my problems.
