I have just installed Lightroom (March 2016) and created a slideshow.
It previews and plays just fine.
I can export as a PDF just fine.
It will not export as a video. The progress bar appears in the top left hand corner and just stays there apparently doing nothing.
I am using an iMac, OS X El Capitan 10.11.4, 3.2 GHZ Intel Core i5. 8GB memory, NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M 1024 MB
Any ideas please?
Hi Geoff ,
Do any of the image files in slideshow have a '?' on the thumbnail indicating it is missing? Try exporting without the music file. If that works the music file is not compatible with LR.
No, none of the thumbnails have a "?" and there is no music on the slideshow.
I've looked at the link you provided and still no success.
Problem sorted by Adobe.
It turns out that the original catalogue that I had loaded from iPhoto, and then from which I created my slideshow had in fact been corrupted.
Solution was to uninstall Lightroom, re-install and create a brand new catalogue.
Now to load to Microsoft ........
