Last week I've contact a few times the support service in India (via Chat). Eventually the online technicians couldn't solve the bug / hitch and i was asked not to sync my files with the cloud and told that the case escalated to the concerned team.
They reset the adobe account password in order that team to work.
It was promised that Their next level support will be in touch on Monday. In the meantime I haven't received any attempts to contact me from the Adobe support and my cases still opened.
There's no contact details for somebody who has no Adobe account? I had to reset my password to be able to access here or anywhere.
Who can I contact?

Thanks for that. As you wrote in your discussion, I was asking a lot of questions for sure, doubting everything: Who will contact me, how can i contact them & can i continue syncing my files, etc.... and every few seconds the agent wrote me "Need not to worry we will contact you to assist you further". Since then, no agent and no help!
wwow seems like a lot of people have problems with Adobe. Still amazing to me how they continue to do business. I'm trying to get a refund for the wrong platform and nobody can help. Even when you call they act like they have no idea what you are talking about. Then you get frustrated cause nobody can speak normal English!
