So i downloaded creative cloud last night, and i immediately ran into issues - firstly when i downloaded the app there was simply nothing appearing in the window, but i managed to fix that, then whenever i tired to download Photoshop whenever the download reached 40% i got a failure notice on extracting the files, and now i can't even try to install Photoshop anymore because when i go onto the apps page i am greeted by this error message
To say the least, this is beginning to get more than a little bit annoying - i have tried fixes suggested such as deleting AAMUpdater files and the OOBE files but still this fix does not work - i am running on windows 7, if that helps at all
Please refer to the help document : Download Error in Apps tab of Creative Cloud Desktop Application

Please let us know if it helps.
first, delete any remaining files of CC Apps you wanted to install, then uninstall the 'Creative Cloud Desktop App'.
You might need to make use of the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool: Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
Look out for AAMUpdater and OOBE folders again as they will be re-created when you launch the 'Creative Cloud
Desktop app', so delete those again. Next step: download the Desktop app and install it by running it as Administrator.
On a side note: Adobe recommends to temporarly turn off any programs that may interfer with your internet connection
- such as site or cookie blockers, Antivirus software or Firewalls.
