I am using Lightroom CC (2015.5) on a Surface Pro 4 running Windows 10.
When starting LR all network activity on my WiFi connection stops. I can no longer access anything from the web (websites through a browser, LR Mobile in LR, Skype etc).
After a short while my WiFi will be shown as not providing an internet connection.
The Windows Network Diagnostics will indicate that "Windows Sockets registry entries required for network connectivity are missing".
The connectivity resumes as normal once LR is closed (including the diagnostic report).
This does not seem to happen with other CC applications.
Update: Tried downgrading to 2015.4. Behaviour persists.

Hi I don't suppose you have an external hard drive attached to USB port when you use Lightroom? I have a surface Pro 4 and certain External hard disks effect the Internet connection and it drops on mine. So for me it's not Lightroom specific but the External hard drive that causes an issue (this is a known Microsoft issue).
