    Bought subscription but CC doesn't recognize it

      Hi,

       

      I bought a subscription (monthly payment, one year) on 22 March 2016, got a confirmation letter, credit card was charged. But when launching the programs Creative Cloud says that it doesn't see the subscription and there's no trace of it in my account on site either. I tried logging in and logging out, checking my account on a different browser — still it shows as if no payment has been done and nothing bought.

       

      Please help!
