I'm trying to save a file to my camera, on my iPad. I have paid my $9.99, but it tells me that the account isn't working at this time, and to go to MyAccount. I've done this, and resubmitted my data, and billing information. I hope Adobe doesn't charge me for all the times I've attempted to resubmit my billing info.
