Can I print 2 copies of a document on 1 page

So, I'm creating a booklet. The individual pages of the booklet are 4.25x5.5 and it will be printed on 8.5x11. When I set it up, I made the pages the final page size and set it up in spreads so I can use the "Print Booklet" function to get them in the correct order for printing, folding, and stapling.

The problem is, how can I put two on a sheet? The way I've been doing it is to adjust the page set up to 4.25x11. Then move to content to the top. And copy and paste in place. And then move the copied one down 5.5in. That would be fine, but since I have to make changes (and I don't really want to make the changes twice because I need to move content to different pages), I would really like a way to automate this.

Is there a quick way to do this? I'm using CS5 for Mac but can download CC if its possible there. Thanks SOOOOOOO much for your help!
