Which Product do you mean exactly and which problem do you have? I'm sure we can resolve
I could not agree more. It was so intrusive into my computer system I just completely uninstalled all my trial. On top of that, I just spent TWO hours on chat with Adobe because ONCE YOU INSTALL A TRIAL OF CLOUD, IT INVALIDATES YOUR OLD SERIAL NUMBER OF YOUR OLDER PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!
So I go to my Products page on my Adobe account, and of course, they have removed all your old downloads!!!!
So I had to chat with someone an hour before they would give me a download link. Which takes 25 minutes to download, PLUS reinstalling it.....Two hours of my life I will never get back because Adobe DELIBERATELY invalidated my old serial for my CS5 to try to FORCE me to purchase their Cloud product.
This is a damn shame because I have been an Adobe Customer since 1985, am a 57 year old computer design professional and I didnt have those two hours to waste. SHAME ON ADOBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NO I have already wasted an hour of my time yesterday. I keep getting a message to licence the product and if I want something in the cloud I have to manually put it there. This Product does not work. I am researching other products that do what I need it to do. Your product dos NOT WORK. Hopefully the cancellation process is easy without jumping through hoops and having any additional charges for a product that is defective.
I have contacted support. 3 hours of my time wasted. The problem is still there. I keep getting POP UPS to register the product.Your customer service is very helpful. Unfortunately they can not fix the problem. Please let me know how to get out of the 1 year contract. YOUR PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR AGGRAVATION. I did not even buy the trail version. Stupid Me bought the PAID version BIG MISTAKE.
