Divs in user-defined variables

Anyone know if there's a workaround for RH stripping out divs from user-defined variables? For some reason you can code divs in the "HTML source code view" but as soon as you switch to "Design view" and back, it strips them out, leaving just the text.

Thanks

Variables are inline and DIV's are blocks. I believe that is the reason RH doesn't like them. Try using <i> with a class applied for styling instead.

or a <span> so you don't have to use a style to remove the italics.

Thanks. Works fine with a <span>.
