      Hey Adobe.... you denied my refund of 9 images that I had mistakenly unlicensed on my very first day of membership because your "team" said I activated several of them.  Wrong.  I actually download 2 new ones days later that I actually needed.  The other nine that I originally accidentally licensed because your system is so wonky is still sitting there NOT downloaded.  I'm not asking for a refund of them all, just my 9 that I did my accident since your system isn't clear with instructions that something is actually licensing instead of putting into a preview gallery. 

       

      Is there an email I can actually send my issue to?  Because this just isn't cutting it and neither is your chat support.
