So I just received a Nikon D3300 as a gift.
I took extensive video clips today to test it out.
When I'm viewing them in lightroom, they look noisy (maybe cameras fault?)
But most importantly
During playback, small black bars, randomized along the bottom, appear.
I haven't gotten to exporting the files yet to see if they appear in a .mp4/.mov file.
Is this a long standing problem? I used to use a Panasonic GF2 for video and I didn't have that issue.
Let me know what the issue may be!
If you are using Lightroom 6/2015 version, then try turning off the Graphics Processor from the Lightroom Preferences.
Go to Lightroom Preferences
Click on the Performance Tab
Uncheck the Graphics Processor
Let us know if that helps.
It did not fix the black bar problem.
However, it appears (so far, that may change) that once I export the movie files to the disk, the black bars disappear.
So I guess that means the camera I shot video on didn't create them - lightroom did.
Which is odd, I must say.
Any other ideas?
