Ever since I installed ADE 4.5 the software freezes when I try to open a *.acsm file on my PC. Any solutions?

Ever since I installed ADE 4.5 the software freezes when I try to open a *.acsm file on my PC. I reinstalled the software, installed ADE 4.5.1 and no solution. Any solutions?
