It means "all photos"
Yes, but which 'all photos'? I do not have any collections synchronising yet there are still 478 images being synchronised, how do I find out what they are being synchronised with?
I have the same question, have removed sync on all my collections, still there are 2322 pictures in "Lightroom Photos"
Hi. so my thinking is as follows
- Remove all syncing collections from the desktop LR
- Confirm that all syncing collections have been removed from my LR mobile on iPhone, iPad and cloud
- Now delete all images from LR Mobile All Photos
- Add syncing to collections I now want on my devices
I believe that this will not delete any images from my LR Catalog and is the only way to remove all images from Lightroom Mobile allow me to effectively start again
What I cannot be certain about is whether or not this will work as I think it will
Any advice appreciated
To start again, in Lr Desktop go into Preferences, Lightroom Mobile and press Delete all Data.
Hi, so I'm nervous as to whether that will do anything to images on my desktop, for example will it definitely not remove any images from collections on my desktop LR?
Thank you for your support
It doesn't delete anything in LR Desktop, and just unsyncs collections and photos. What it deletes is stuff in Adobe's cloud.
The only risk is to any photos which ONLY exist in Mobile AND that have not yet synced to LR Desktop. So for example, if you shoot a photo using LrMobile's camera, Delete All Data would lose it. But that's a small risk - before running the delete command, just wait for sync to complete.
Thank you, I will give it a go - after taking a full backup :-)
