Hi there, I have recently had to transfer my nook books to Sainsbury's & now have to use Adobe Digital Editions. I have downloaded the software, created an Adobe ID, authorised my computer & managed to Download some of my ebooks into Digital Editions but I am unable to transfer them to my nook. It seems I am unable to authorise my nook - when I click the settings 'wheel' all 3 options are grey-ed out. Can anyone suggest why this might be so? I have uninstalled & re-installed the software, I only opened the software after my nook was attached to my computer via usb cable & I am getting the E_IO_WRITE - Failed to write destination file error message when I try to copy the ebook. My nook is a Simple Touch with Glowlight, model number BNRV350 & I use Windows operating system. Please help!
