I'm new to Lightroom, and am still learning it. I recently edited some images in LR (very basic WB, Exposure, very slightly upped the contrast & clarity as I had before in ACR. After pulling them into PS and running my usual action (a greater than gatsby one for color, punch, etc), the highlights are crazy bright!!! It doesn't look like it did before. Is this due to it running on a tiff instead of a raw camera file? It's so bad that I'm not able to use the actions! Help!!!
Are you running your photoshop action on the images after you edit them in LR so that you are editing them twice?
How are you getting the files from LR to photoshop?
I'm adding a small bit of contrast and clarity, could be too much?
I'm right clicking the images, edit in PS, then selecting the 1st option-the one that creates a tiff for PS and leaves the original raw file there.
