    In Design CC 2015 crash upon start-up



           My InDesign (CC 2015) will not start-up and comes up with a window saying "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly" and I can only close the program. I thought updating it to the newest version would fix it however I'm still having the problem, I logged out and logged back in to the creative cloud, restarted my laptop, clered the prefences, uninstalled and reinstalled InDesign, and the problem is still persisting. I was using it a couple days ago and had no problems, I have Windows 10 and am using a student account (don't know of that affects anything) I'm not the most computer savvy person. Can someone please help me?
