I have a PDF that I need to be digitally signed my a number of people in a department. At the moment I send the document to 1 member, get them to e-sign it, then get them to e-mail it back to me as an attachment, then send it on to the next member, but this sometimes takes weeks to complete. Is there a way that I can e-mail the PDF to ALL members at once, then when they return it to me I can "cut & paste" their signature on to an unsigned document cutting out the process of waiting for members to send me back the attachment before e-mailing it on to the next member of the department????

Would like to inform that you use 'send for signature' service (in Acrobat Pro) for sending the document to multiple members & get the document signed by them .
You may place the signature fields over the documents & respective member will sign the document as they will be receiving the document. Would suggest you to go through with this service as there is no way to cut & paste the signature .
