    How does one start a chat session with Adobe Support

      I'm an education customer and I am getting a message on one of my products when a user logs on to the workstation that the trial has expired. however the administrator of the computer does not have an issue.

       

      Since this is a shared system, Microsoft terminal services,  I suspect this is a bug and want to reach Adobe Support. When I click on the Adobe support options I go in circles.

       

      Any suggestions?

       

      Note none of the other products state this.
