Can you tell me what version of Draw, which version of iOS, and what device you're using?
I just started receiving reports about people having trouble with zoom.
i have the same issues.
Latest ios with ipad pro.
I was drawing, zooming in and out a lot, then all of a sudden it stopped working. Not a problem with multi-touch on the ipad, simply seems like the touch/palm rejection got turned on somehow, but no way to re-enable the touch commands. Please help.
I'm sorry you're having this problem. We've been having trouble duplicating the issue in-house and your details will definitely help.
Is your work synced to Creative Cloud? Can you check by logging in with your Adobe ID to http://assets.adobe.com (My Assets - Mobile Creations - Draw)?
If all your work is synced, try force-quitting the app, restarting your device, and then restarting the app. If your work is not synced, make sure it syncs by keeping the app open over a wifi connection until you see it on the web. Then force-quit and restart.
