So I have a animation I built with Flash that contains 2
moveClips. Inside the animation I have it programed to stop on the
first frame and then listen for a MouseEvent.CLICK and a
MouseEvent.MOUSE_UP (to simulate an object being dropped). I've
imported the Flash movie into my Flex application using the
SWFLoader, and I've created an Image that has been drag/dropped
enabled. Now if I click on my Flash movie the animation plays like
it's supposed to , but if I drag and drop my Image that I have in
Flex nothing happens (the animation is supposed to play when I drop
the mx:Image upon it). I'm not too sure how to address the problem,
but I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks in advance!
Yeah, I read the help page and embedding isn't the problem,
it's getting the MovieClip in my SWF to respond to my ActionScript.
Calling the custom class and telling it to stop() doesn't work, I
get an error at compile time.
