From the email you sent to Typekit Support (firstname.lastname@example.org), it sounds like you are unable to stayed signed in to the Typekit website but there aren't any errors or software crashes, such as the browser closing on its own after you try to sign in.
If this is turned on in your browser, you'll need to add a couple exceptions to the privacy setting:
