I am a new LightRoom user who has been using MicroSoft Digital Image for the last 10 years or so. I create drawings and make post cards out of them. Before I print them I blow up the image and clean up the lines from the pen with a pixel editor. I was hoping I could use LightRoom for this but I as of yet I cannot find out a way to do it.
Does LR have a way to edit images at the pixel level?
No, Lightroom doesn't do pixel level editing as it is a non-destructive editor and cataloging application.
You would need to use an external application like Photoshop, Elements, PSP etc. or Gimp (free) but this can be called from within Lightroom by passing either the original image or a copy by way of an External Editor Preset which can also be created in Lightroom.
Thank you BKKDon. That was very helpful!
