If you import images in Lightroom there will be a Catalog created automatically as Lightroom will store the information about the images .
Thank you for your answer.
And how can i cancel the automatic creation of the catalog ?
It is not possible to cancel the creation of the Catalog.
However you may delete the Catalog once created and keep the folder structure of the images.
Thank you !
You are Welcome, Glad to help.
If all you are using Lightroom for is to transfer your images, you are wasting a lot of money. It seems to me that you must certainly not have an understanding of what Lightroom was all about.
Haha ! thank you for the com !
Already I do not like Lightroom, after I use photoshop ( for retouch ) and bridge ( to sort) , and I have a full subscription ! So it changes nothing in my wallet .
I just need to transfer my images for photoshop. So I find that Lightroom and the best solution. Nope ?
Ever heard of using Bridge to download your images? What ever floats your boat, I suppose.
You suppose wrong.
You did not understand, I board said I used Bridge just to sort my photography. So I never said I tranfer with bridge !
So I never said I tranfer with bridge !
That is the question Jim is asking: Why not use Bridge to do the transfer?
The auto translation is bad ... : s
I do not use Bridge for the transfer, because I think that Lightroom is better designed for that
