I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements 14 on a Mac and it keeps crashing whenever I try to adjust the volume of a clip using the rubber band. Also, if I do manage to lower the rubber band and save the change before it crashes it actually has no effect on the volume anyway! The only way I can seem to adjust the volume is by using the sound mixer. Is this a known problem and does anyone know how to avoid this or if a fix is likely to be provided? Thanks.
This is not a known problem and in fact is not a problem at all on my iMac.
What is the format of the audio you're adjusting? Is it audio on a video clip or is it a separate audio source, like music?
And if it is a separate audio source, have you ensured that it is in the WAV format?
