EXACTLY! I'm having the SAME problem! I chatted with someone today about it... RUN around!! There isn't anyway or anything said about cancelling after the trail!!! However, I've been charged the last 2 months for a membership I NEVER started!! Adobe won't do anything about this for me. I've had no help...:( My wife had a trial before, she had the same problem, so adobe offered one additional month free of charge. She screen shot the image from the chat... this was her interaction... she clearly stated and asking about the need to cancel after a trial!

YOU REALLY ARE STEALING MY MONEY SINCE THEN!!!! I JUST NOTICED THAT YOU CONTINUED CHARGING ME 382 CAN$ EACH MONTH FOR THAT PRODUCT I DIDN'T USED AND I ASKED TO CANCEL. I TRIED TO CHAT WITH SOMEBODY, WAS NOT WORKING. I TRIED TO CALL : SPINNING AROUND. I ADVISE MY CREDIT CARD THAT YOU BILLED ME AND TOOK MORE THAN 2000 CAN$ ON MY CREDIT CARD AND I WANT IT REFUND. I SPENT MORE THAN 3 HOURS BACK IN APRIL TRYING TO CONTACT SOMEBODY, TRYING TO CANCEL THIS ADOBE STOCK I NEVER PURCHASED. I HAD PURSHASED ONLY ONE MONTH. NOT A SUBSCRIPTION. YOU DID IT BY YOURSELF. I AM REALLY UPSET WITH A COMPANY LIKE YOURS STEALING PEOPLE LIKE THAT.
