Why does Lightroom change levels in HDR pictures into something that isn't really there

Im merging some pictures into HDR. I decided to exclude the "0 exposure" to only use exposures for the sky for the tower to come out black. To my surprise, when merging to HDR Lightroom auto correct the pictures levels so it comes out with the tower more or less correct exposed. ( In the picture below Ive chosen to merge just the two shown pictures to really show the issue) Why does it do this? Are there any HDR pre-settings that I can change not to let lightroom auto correct anything more than simply merge whats infront of it? I guess this is the same issue that appears when merging pictures where Lightroom ends up rising levels for the shadows so the picture comes out extremely noisy. How do I get around this problem?
