Hello, I am getting a CC Download Error message and the "Reload Applications" button does nothing. I have tried removing the AAMUpdater and OOBE folders, but the OOBE folder gives an "in use" message although all adobe apps are closed!
Any suggestions are welcome!

today I decided to use the Creative Cloud abo - but get the error as decribed above.
I use WIN10.
Creative Cloud version is 188.8.131.523.
deleting oobe folder or renaming opm.db does not help,
AAMupdater is deleted.
I am not amused about that, cause I buy an abo, and I expect that I can use what is promised, I pay for it.
Please provide a solution for that problem.
