Hi this problem hasn't been solved / answered and the linked threads arent relevant. As detailed above, clicking "see more model / series" returns a 404 making searching by series / model impossible.
As a relatively new subscriber, this problem not being fixed for months is highly concerning.
There are many causes for the 404 error. The issue you describe above is a new issue that the team is working to resolve soon. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
I'm with Ryan here. I get you are working on it but here's my question, since we are new and doing a trial will our trial be extended? We can't find the images we need thus how can we ever try the product. Just curious. I'm all for being patient if it's not going to cost me money in the long run.
The 404 error that occurred when clicking "See more" was resolve on June 24th. Please let us know if you are still experiencing this particular issue.
